Moves status.renner.uno (Gatus) off the Cloudflare tunnel to the NetBird reverse proxy — edge-only.

Drops the external-dns/cloudflare label and removes the status.renner.uno cloudflared route. Stays public (no proxy auth — it is the status page). LAN/mesh via status.k.renner.uno → Traefik is unaffected.

⚠️ Merge after the status proxy service + DNS are live, then roll cloudflared.

Drop the external-dns/cloudflare label from the gatus Ingress and remove
the status.renner.uno cloudflared route, moving the public edge to the
NetBird reverse proxy. Gatus stays public (no proxy auth — it's the
status page). LAN/mesh via status.k.renner.uno -> Traefik is unaffected.

MERGE ONLY AFTER the status proxy service + DNS are live, then roll
cloudflared, or status.renner.uno goes dark in the gap.
