Follow-up to the LXC retirement sweep:
- remove orphan inventory/group_vars/woodpecker_agents (group already deleted)
- drop the retired gitea-runner (root@10.2.40.214 act_runner) journalctl entry
  from .vscode/settings.json

Kept (live): the ci.renner.uno gatus check and the woodpecker-ci@homelab
authorized key, which belong to the in-cluster Woodpecker.
