fix(netbird-ingress): log to console only

The rootless image defaults NB_LOG_FILE to console,/var/lib/netbird/client.log. The state volume is a 16Mi memory emptyDir, so a single 15MB rotated log fills it (ENOSPC on log writes and rotation compression) and the tmpfs is charged against the 256Mi memory limit.
